Job Summary

The Cardinal Health Pharma eCommerce Digital Marketing team is looking for a Multi Media Designer to develop creative designs that deliver effective informational, educational and promotional messages to B2B customers.

This role will be responsible for creating state-of-the-art videos, including motion graphics, special effects, audio recording and editing. Additionally, the Multi Media Designer will design B2B promotional digital marketing content, including but not limited to eCommerce webpages, banners, emails and social media graphics.

Responsibilities:  

  • Own video creation process, including planning, producing, editing and delivering final video products for digital media use
  • Own all creative development for video production, including animation, audio/video recording and audio/video editing
  • Execute brand storytelling strategy through video by actively participating in the planning and storyboarding of motion/video projects
  • Design and deliver digital advertising assets, including but not limited to homepage banners, social media graphics, marketing emails & eCommerce landing pages
  • Advise clients on optimal strategy execution based on UX best practices and latest industry standards
  • Lead digital asset creation for several clients across a range of portfolios
  • Translate and apply research and analytics to drive design strategy to meet business goals and KPIs
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and design systems
  • Utilize time management skills to enable work on multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve desired results
  • Attend internal and client meetings and present work with clear rationale
  • Demonstrate the ability to accept client feedback and adapt work accordingly

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience owning the design and implementation of motion and video projects preferred
  • A well-crafted omni-channel portfolio full of creative digital experiences preferred
  • Experience in motion graphics and eCommerce preferred
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills preferred
  • A mastery of visual design fundamentals with attention to details preferred
  • An understanding of implementing brand guidelines and best practices preferred
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premier Pro preferred
  • Basic skills in Adobe XD and Figma are preferred.

  • Proactively own the design and implementation of motion and video project
  • Understand KPIs to evaluate and optimize work  
  • Apply working knowledge of design and development to perform varied tasks 
  • Execute projects of moderate scope and complexity 
  • Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and proactively take action to resolve 
  • Receive general guidance, may receive more detailed instruction on new projects 
  • Review of work for sound reasoning and accuracy 
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Proven ability to self-start and to be self-directed learner

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $94,900
