What You’ll Do:
- Be the spark: Engage small and medium-sized businesses by generating new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Create connections: Build relationships through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups, understanding clients’ unique needs and challenges.
- Lead the way: Qualify leads, set up appointments, and keep the pipeline moving with efficiency and organization.
- Dive into research: Learn about your prospects and their industries to create tailored outreach strategies.
- Own the process: Document activities in our CRM, share insights with the team, and collaborate with channel sales efforts.
- Make an impact: Contribute to outbound campaigns, uncover new opportunities, and help businesses solve their toughest problems with OWC’s innovative solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in sales, B2B lead generation, or working with small businesses (bonus points for MSP experience!).
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and identifying decision-makers while handling objections with ease.
- Strong organizational skills to keep your pipeline in check and meet your goals.
- A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- A team-first attitude and top-notch communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a mindset for continuous improvement.
