【What you will be doing】
- 深�了解 SHOPLINE 系統功能,有效根據客戶需求建議應用操作
- 客戶關係維護,協助方案功能諮詢及續約、升級,確保客戶留存
- 針對客戶需求能精確判斷方向,並有效媒合�外部資源協助客戶
- 進行功能推廣,幫助客戶業績成長並達成功能啟用率目標
- 邀請客戶試用功能,重點收集回饋並彙整提供產品團隊優化
- �速判斷並處理突發狀況,高效精確的處理問題
- 每月/季親訪並簡報提供客戶功能更新及營運建議
- 每月/季績效檢討,檢視客戶目標及個人目標達成

【Who we are looking for】
- �長溝通談判,�備良好簡報製作及提案能力
- �解讀數據能力,能從中分析問題或提出改善建議
- �長跨部門溝通,�備獨立作業執行專案之能力
- �長危機處理,並�備高度抗壓性、責任心
- 積極�合團隊合作,主動提出想法及建議發起討論
- �備 2~4 年以上 Saas 產品/電商產業/客戶維護經驗

【It'd be plus if you have】
- � POS 零售 / 社群行銷 / 數位行銷 / 產品行銷經驗
- 熟悉 Google Analytics, SEO, Facebook / Google 廣告投放工�
- �專案執行 / 基礎前台設計語法修改能力(CSS, Liquid)
