- Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, resolving user issues and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, data integrity, and integrations.
- Customize and configure CRM workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business processes.
- Provide training and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective utilization of CRM features.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics CRM, including workflows, dashboards, and entities.
- Basic programming knowledge in languages like JavaScript or C# for CRM customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
