What We're Looking For
Our Accounting Team is looking to hire a standout team member who likes working in a fast pace high energy environment. This person should have a solid understanding of the loan life cycle and accounting for loans. Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation and validation procedures over loan accounting, including calculation of interest income/expense, recognition of fees, charge offs, ALLL and analytical yield reviews
- Liaise with business units and other departments in implementing accounting controls around new and existing products
- Monitor and analyze large amounts of loan data
- Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are applied
- Work with internal and external auditors in the completion of annual audits
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or accounting experience in a private company
- Experience in Banking or Fintech Industry is preferred
- Proficient understanding of loan accounting
- CPA is preferred
- Advanced Computer Skills – Experience working with Core Banking GL systems

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00
