- BS/BA or equivalent plus 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a motion graphic designer role within a corporate marketing department and /or agency.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and work with stakeholders at all levels across the organization with a sense of urgency, positive attitude, and flexibility is essential to success.
- Assist with standard video editing tasks when needed.
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates expertise in all stages of pre-production, including storyboarding, as well as creative motion design and animation work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier, and Cinema 4D.
- Must display exceptional attention to detail in design, planning, organization, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Illustration skill is a must.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike is a plus.
