Job Description
We are looking for a Motion Designer who creates compelling solutions and is driven by a passion to create beautifully animated work. A master of keyframes and timing. A collaborator with a growth mindset that brings new perspectives to a wide range of projects spanning events, brand campaigns, environment design, web/digital, and internal programs. This role requires the ability to concept and bring ideas to life across various mediums and touchpoints. In this highly impactful role, you will make a difference across the organization by creating animations that help shape our brand and culture.
Qualities needed to be successful in this role:
As a team member-
• Comfortable in collaborative environment where feedback is welcome, working directly with creative director and other artists to create high-end deliverables across touch points.
• Communicates effectively with creative peers, project management, and strategy, as well as senior management and business partners.
• Immerse yourself in ServiceNow's brand guidelines and maintain a clear brand voice and tone.
• Have a strong knowledge of the creative development process.
Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Portfolio that represents a strong understanding of design and typography, range of styles, and diversity of project types.
• Expert knowledge of relevant design tools- After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Cinema 4D is a big plus.
• At ease in the After Effects graph editor, adjusting speed and value curves.
• Experience working with grids, with consistent alignment and distribution of objects in layouts.
• Comfortable storyboarding animated video projects.
• Able to maintain consistent, on-brand style throughout projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, sometimes with an awareness of areas to compromise for best overall results in a compressed timeline.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
