Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH (www.jabiloptics.com) in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektronischen/-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 110 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsstandorts in Jena suchen wir ab sofort befristet auf 12 Monate (36h/Woche) eine/n:

Monteur für den opto-elektro-mechanischen Prototypenbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Teil des Prototyping- Teams übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses und des Transfers in die Fertigung.

• Mitarbeit bei der Industrialisierung von innovativen optoelektronischen/- mechanischen Modulen vom Prototyp bis zur Vorserie
• Durchführung aller dafür notwendigen Prozessschritte wie Active Alignment, Pick & Place, Robotik-Anwendung inklusive Integration und Test
• Montage von Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen
• Arbeiten im Reinraum

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Feinmechanik, Feinoptik, Maschinenbau, Industriemechanik Elektronik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
• Praxiserfahrung in der Montage optischer/ mechanischer/ elektronischer Bauteile und im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
• Erfahrung mit Tätigkeiten im Reinraum
• Bereitschaft zur evtl. auftretenden zeitlich begrenzten 2-Fachschicht
• Grundkenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets
• Freude an Teamarbeit, aber auch an eigenständigem Arbeiten
• Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
