Your Role: Monetization Manager

- Develop a comprehensive monetization strategy targeting both existing and new products.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive initiatives that enhance user experience and profitability.
- Identify and assess new revenue streams, exploring innovative approaches to monetization.
- Conduct market analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our offerings competitive and compelling.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in monetization or growth-focused roles, preferably in digital apps or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue.
- Solid understanding of user behavior and market dynamics within the health and wellness sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and embrace new approaches.
- Familiarity with various monetization models (subscription, freemium, etc.) and A/B testing is a plus!
