About You
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a key role in driving Consumer strategic business plan and “must-win” focus on omnichannel growth. The primary objective for this role will be to accelerate online growth by developing the strategy for this key channel: both omnichannel and pure players accounts (i.e.: Amazon, Miravia and Multichannel players).
To achieve your objectives, you will need to think strategically, create joint business plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and existing customer teams. As our business evolves, you'll need to collaborate with other E-Commerce managers in EMEA to develop and implement new approaches and best practices that enhance our online performance.
You will report to the Country Manager Iberia and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Madrid Office) for candidates already based in Spain.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop and execute annual E-Commerce business plans, with a strong focus on pure player accounts, such as Amazon.

Manage and direct E-Commerce business to achieve sales and profit goals.

Develop an understanding of the E-Commerce Iberia market for all identified E-Commerce channel customers.

Build relationships and coordinate with Key Accounts Managers within the Iberia E-Commerce account portfolio, working closely with sales & marketing teams.

Directly manage Amazon and other pure player accounts, ensuring optimal product listing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Enhance online execution on Amazon and other platforms by leading initiatives to close performance gaps.

Forecast and analyze sellout evolution and market share.

Prepare and manage customer campaign offers and account negotiations.

Control the budget and resolve logistic incidents and financial charges.

Utilize data insights and new customer capabilities to identify new revenue and brand marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with EMEA E-Commerce colleagues to build and deliver E-Commerce knowledge.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, or related field.

Significant experience in E-Commerce, sales or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing pure player accounts like Amazon.

Strong understanding of E-Commerce, account management and online category management.

Proficient in digital shelf tracking tools and budget control.

Skilled in developing sales plans and executing via an effective sales strategy.

Exceptional strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills; proficiency in SEO and digital advertising is highly valuable.

Business orientation – understanding of market dynamics, commercial mindset, strong decision making, influence and communication skills.

Excellent Spanish and English skills
