Model Training & QA Specialist

As a Model training & QA Specialist, you will work as part of an amazing Validation Analytics Team, ensuring high standards of artificial intelligence model trainings, as we continue to build the most valuable product for our customers. While your focus will be on model training & quality assurance of Image Recognition (IR) models results, you will interface with several internal teams including Machine Learning Engineering, Labeling Team, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering. You’ll play a critical role as the person responsible for managing model training calendar, planning all model trainings intervals, executing, monitoring and reporting model trainings. This includes also assessing each trained model on real life data from the labeling environment to confirm status of the issues reported to Image Recognition Labeling Team, troubleshooting / root cause analysis, monitoring quality metrics & informing stakeholders on the results.

• Validation Team will maximize their return on efforts, as we’ll identify the most effective planning of model trainings intervals;
• We’ll be cooperating with engineering teams to solve the problems encountered in training models even faster thanks to your strong analytical problem-solving skills & outstanding attention to detail;
• When it comes to training of AI models, our internal and external stakeholders will always know what’s being done, why it’s being done, and how the execution will be carried out;
• The FORM Image Recognition platform and product landscape will continue to grow in functionality as we continue to establish ourselves as a global market leader in the Image Recognition space, which is exciting for us and our customers;
• At the end of the day - because of your great work – our Product and Engineering + Commercial Teams will have complete trust in you to ensure that our Image Recognition Product delivers proper model training reports.

Who You Are:

• You have strong analytical problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, and very important: proven ability to meet established deadlines;
• You can share examples of your experience with running Python and Bash scripts, root-cause analysis and changes implemented as a result to improve overall data quality;
• Experienced with MS Excel, nice-to-have knowledge of GitHub and Python;
• You are well organized and manage your own work;
• You’re results-oriented – setting success metrics and measuring success against them to be sure you’re focused on the activities that make a measurable impact on external and internal customers’ lives;
• When things break - and they will - you are eager and able to help fix things and can work calmly under pressure;
• You can collaborate with other teams across the organization to make the most effective model training process;
• Language skills: English B2+.
