Holman is looking for a Client Administrator to join our Supply Chain team!

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Qualified candidate will receive inquiries from customers (specifically FlexDrive/Lyft)and coordinate with Holman departments to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and provide closed loop resolution to customer problems, logs all inquiries in Holman systems.
  • Process fleet database changes, duplicate material requests, and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs per client parameters.
  • Update and audit client profiles while managing all third-party vendor communications.
  • Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) and coordinate resolution efforts with Holman departments.
  • Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of customer service, account management, or retail experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $25.15 - $36.47 USD per hour.
