Looking for assistant project manager

SUMMARY
The Mobile Operations Coordinator role will provide administrative support to the Operations team within the Torque by Ryder organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Document Management: Generates and organizes documents, reports and files related to activities, projects, and processes, Inputs accurate and relevant data into records, maintaining a high level of accuracy and completeness, regularly reviews and updates records to reflect any changes or developments, generates reports summarizing key information and trends, provides clear and concise processes for team members to follow.

  • Conducts weekly calls with Operations and other team members to gather and update records accordingly & works with management, procurement, and suppliers to set up and cancel accounts as needed.

  • Managing task related to assigning and requesting access, initiating orders, and activating and deactivating accounts as needed.

  • Reconciliation of Company assets including:  SBTs, Blacklines, cell phones, other company issued assets.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • H.S. Diploma/GED, required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience, preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Salesforce, required.

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices, preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred.

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, excellent time management skills, preferred.

  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, preferred.

  • Friendly and service-oriented while maintaining integrity and trust, preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, preferred.

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Hourly

Minimum Pay Range:

$20.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$21.00
