The MLTs are comprised of senior leaders from all LOBs in key markets across the U.S., brought together locally to develop, implement, and drive comprehensive market-specific strategies - which, along with local budgets, advance their business growth objectives while also supporting local engagement with employees and the community.
As a Market Growth Senior Associate within the MLT Business Growth team, you will be responsible for supporting MLTs and the MLT National program through market analysis, research, and reporting alongside our VPs and the MLTs they strategically support. Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of local strategies in conjunction with the VPs on the team and local MLT leaders, leveraging a variety of internal and external data sources and market analyses
  • Conduct ongoing market research and data analysis, including tracking market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks, to provide MLTs with crucial market information and support for senior executive visits, annual reviews, and end-of-year reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, including regular KPI updates and reports on business growth strategies
  • Work in conjunction with the data & analytics team in creating and refining metrics dashboards, business review templates, market metrics, and KPIs to enhance business growth analysis
  • Develop and strengthen connections within the firm, ensuring collaborative efforts between the Business Growth team and partners such as data & analytics, etc. to support market research efforts, the data and analysis underlying the market strategies, and business development efforts
  • Support the execution of signature events that align with market strategies and enhance the firm's visibility and impact in the market
  • Independently manage a portfolio of work items, including tracking progress, providing updates, and conducting weekly check-ins with the manager and team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, strategy development, financial analysis, or business development within a sizable organization or consulting firm
  • Proficiency in analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to synthesize complex data, market trends, and derive actionable insights to inform and refine growth strategies and the execution of them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and advocating at different levels in an organization succinctly and effectively
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment, and lead and drive work from initiation to completion by driving action and outcomes, paired with strong organization skills
  • Be an initiator with an ownership mentality, with the perseverance and resilience to accomplish tasks and get the work done with dedication and a sense of urgency when needed, with proficiency in managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each meets its objectives in a timely manner
