Job Summary
As a Migration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining client software configurations. This is a fully remote, full-time, permanent role that offers significant growth opportunities within the company. You will work with a supportive and independent team that values attention to detail, problem-solving, and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities
- Configure Client Software – Customize software configurations based on detailed client requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and Improve Setups – Oversee configuration updates and enhancements during the first six months of client onboarding.
- Problem-Solve and Support – Address technical issues, collaborating with the Support team to resolve complex challenges.
- Ensure High Quality Standards – Work closely with Solutions Consultants to maintain top-tier configuration quality.
- Adapt to Organizational Changes – Modify configurations to accommodate client mergers, splits, or additional locations while maintaining consistency and compliance.
- Maintain Documentation and Training Materials – Keep detailed records of configurations and provide client training resources when needed.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – The ability to assess situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to challenges.
- Experience in software configuration – Familiarity with software setup and customization to meet client needs.
- Self-sufficiency and attention to detail – Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous accuracy in configuration work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Comfort working across teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Technical proficiency – Ability to quickly learn and navigate software tools (e.g., ticketing systems like Monday.com).
- Education/Experience – A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote:$45,000 - $55,000 USD per year plus bonus potential
