Meet the Team:
The position involves enhancing the efficiency and performance of operational teams by supporting their functional activities through data-driven insights and reporting. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in workforce management principles, including forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and adherence reporting. Proficiency in Tableau for reporting purposes is a desirable skill for this role.
The successful candidate will require regular interactions with functional leaders and supervisors to understand underlying developments. Additionally, they will be expected to support functional and site leadership in preparation for executive and other relevant meetings where workforce management information is needed.
Where You Come In:
- Development and ongoing analysis of capacity and demand modelling to inform both long and short term workforce plans as well as day to day rostering;
- Creating and maintaining work schedules for specialists;
- Understanding business expectations and acting as a sparring partner for functions;
- Reporting and data analysis on regular as well as ad-hoc basis;
- Formulating and providing actionable recommendations for performance and efficiency improvements based on data analysis;
- Providing data-driven analysis to inform management decision making in relation of workforce planning;
What makes you successful:
Required:
- Expertise in Workforce Management principles (3+ years of experience);
- Ability to analyze large datasets to spot trends and patterns;
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel;
Winning point (advantages):
- Experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau and /or Power BI driven dashboards;
- GBS/Shared Services / Call center experience;
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and proactive environment;
- Stakeholder management experience;
- Logical and efficient approach, with keen attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly;
- Capability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, even under pressure.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’sdegree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master’s degree and 0-2 years’ equivalent experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,307.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
