We're looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team as a Mid-Market Client Success Manager. Client Success Managers maintain strong relationships with their assigned clients, ensuring they reach organizational goals for employee engagement through the Awardco software. They maintain high-levels of client satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth.
What you will do:
- Maintain a client renewal rate of 90% at all times
- Respond to each client request by the end of each day
- Work across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs
- Record all updates and client touch points in Salesforce each day
- Conduct regular check-ins with each client
- Organize and prioritize tasks without becoming overwhelmed
- Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing
What you will bring:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-5 years of previous Client Success experience
- Friendly, people-oriented personality
- Experience working in client relations preferred
- Proven track record of success in each job you've held
