Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join our intel team. Canidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Ten (10) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years experience
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Knowledge of CAPCO and CUI Standards
- Knowledge of ABAC and ICAM Capabilities and integration
- Experience with SW development methodologies
- Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
- Experience briefing senior-level management
- Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $105,000 to $200,000
