Exciting Opportunity for a Mid-Level System Analyst (On-Site in Manhattan, NY)

This is an on-site only position, offering the chance to work directly with cutting-edge technologies and provide critical support across our network systems. If you thrive in high-energy environments and are eager to apply your expertise in cybersecurity, firewall management, and network troubleshooting, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for corporate and enclave firewalls, RADIUS, RSA, and application delivery controllers.
- Develop and implement firewall changes, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Assess and evaluate potential cybersecurity threats in requested changes.
- Offer 3rd level support for network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with support teams and customers to resolve issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in rotating weekly on-call shifts for 24-hour support with other team members.
- Lead and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, providing design consultation for firewall needs.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans and prepare documentation for support teams.
- Document and revise procedures for device security, configuration, and operation.
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

- AAA/RADIUS/RSA
- IDS/IPS
- Fortigate Firewall expertise
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Threats
- SNMP
- Disaster Recovery planning and execution
- Networking and Information Security
- IPSec VPN
- Centralized management tools (Cisco Systems Manager, FortiManager)
- Scripting/Automation
- Cloud systems integration (e.g., Azure)
- NGFW Threat Management Tools (e.g., web filtering, application filtering)
