We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition systems and possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in handling tickets and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day CRM operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Manage and resolve tickets and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the support team to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any potential challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, manuals, and training materials.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Experience in CRM Dynamics solution architecture.
- Substantial experience in configuring Dynamics CRM or managing a team who have done this.
- Proficiency in handling tickets and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks with a support team.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Monitor and identify any trends, problems, system performance or reoccurring issues
- Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- 1 year contract extendable.
