Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Systems Administrator

Location: Come and join us in Hamburg

We are looking for a Finance Systems Administrator who will support us with our systems and processes in FREENOW’s Finance department.

This is an hybrid role that requires you to work from our office twice per week.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintaining and updating Master Data in the Finance ERP system (Business Central)  
• Supporting and developing for our accountants solutions to translate accounting requirements into the best possible solution in Business Central
• Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
• Supporting roll-out projects to new subsidiaries 
• Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
• Supporting the audit and monthly group reporting from a system point of view as well as the dunning team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or business administration/accounting, a combination of both is advantageous  
• You have at least 2 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, ideally in an international tech-company
• You have a profound knowledge of accounting 
• You have an analytical mindset, good problem solving skills and are able to manage several tasks at the same time
• You have a proven track record in successful IT-related project management 
• You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead stand up meetings, good communication skills
• Development and debugging knowledge will be considered as an advantage
