Microsoft Cloud Engineer

Position Summary
We are looking for an engineer to implement Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security, Identity (Entra ID with on-premises AD integration), Exchange, Teams, and Generative AI (Copilot). The role involves collaborating with Solutions Architects and Senior Engineers in installing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 technologies.
Responsibilities
Includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions:
  
  • Microsoft Intune (including Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, and Windows Update Rings)
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Microsoft Identity (Entra ID, and Entra ID integrations)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Exchange Online
• Provide guidance to new and existing clients on best practices.
• Deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using both Microsoft’s and All Lines Technologies best practices.
• Responsible for assessing and identifying customer needs and creating custom solutions for their Microsoft 365 environment.
• Document system configurations, standards, and procedures.
• Assist delivery team on project tasks.
• Assist in managing ALT Microsoft 365 managed services for our new and existing clients.
• Assist the ALT imaging desk with Windows Autopilot Pre-provisioning tasks when required.
• Collaborate with other project team members and take ownership of the solutions/projects
• Stay current on all things Microsoft 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
• Keep up with professional development assignments in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Desired Experience

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft 365 Associate certification track (Endpoint Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate) is a plus
