If you have a knack for teaching, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver training in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, among others).
- Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced).
- Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Stay up-to-date on new features and best practices in using Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trainer in Microsoft 365.
- Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) - Valued
- Advanced mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and didactics.
- Experience in the creation of pedagogical content.
- Valued experience in online training (Teams).
