Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve the day-to-day maintenance of the NetSuite environment
- Provide support and training to NetSuite users, and address issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain documentation system, and manage communication between vendors, service providers, and IT for tech issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of NetSuite experience
- At least 2 NetSuite certifications
- Completion of NetSuite Foundations course (or equivalent certification)
