Ready to lead supply strategy, elevate S&OP, and drive real business impact? As a Manager, Supply Planning you will drive Panduit’s supply strategy within the S&OP process, ensuring the right supply network and proactive action plans to support growth. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, driving key initiatives and continuous improvement. With a focus on enhancing S&OP and S&OE maturity, you'll standardize processes, refine inputs/outputs, and deliver measurable business impact. Collaborating closely with global demand and supply stakeholders, you'll align scenario planning and maintain seamless execution.
What You Will Do
- S&OP/S&OE Optimization:
- Develop standardized templates and "what-if" scenarios to assess impact of changes in demand and supply assumptions.
- Integrate financial implications into supply decisions to optimize business impact.
- Standardize performance metrics to evaluate supply chain health and availability.
- Proactively assess external risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Partner with the Director of Global Materials to refine S&OE processes and differentiated planning strategies.
- Identify, quantify, and address supply risks to maintain alignment with demand.
- Mid-to-Long-Term Supply Planning:
- Lead demand vs. supply reviews, ensuring consistency and timely updates.
- Drive cross-functional supply analysis to assess capacity, investments, and outsourcing options for budget planning.
- Collaborate with demand planning, commercial, and BU teams to incorporate growth projections.
- Analyze new product introductions to align supply capabilities with future demand.
- Develop material and capacity forecasts with a 24-month planning horizon.
- Manufacturing & Systems Expertise:
- Build deep knowledge of Panduit’s manufacturing processes and site relationships.
- Enhance fluency in Oracle Fusion, leveraging its capabilities to streamline supply planning.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years in a related role with management experience and proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
