Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Directing Sales/Service Teams To Meet Or Exceed Add a Line New sales objectives and meeting/exceeding persistency goals. Responsible For Implementing Customer Strategies And Initiatives, Assisting In Developing Sales Strategies, Driving Team Results, And Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Brokers and Customers.


Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 6 years group ancillary or health insurance sales experience managing a book of business for profitability.
* Current sales license in the state of operations (Producer/Agent Life & Health Sales License).
* Experience addressing customer needs and building customer relations.
* Leadership skills.
* Knowledge of marketing principles, group insurance sales strategy, and technical aspects of ancillary and dental insurance.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Negotiation, presentation
