Job Summary

This position is responsible for building and managing an effective divisional project team that implements and coordinates management of complex programs and projects, manages relationships between internal/external client organizations; including management of project budgets, workload, developing strategies and processes; also responsible for workforce development of staff. 

Required Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years portfolio, project management, or related work experience; OR 9 years portfolio, project management, or related work experience.

- Lead dynamically and energize work team to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs.

- Experience in management of teams.

- Experience in both operational and project budgeting.

- Experience implementing action plans to allocate resources across projects, programs, etc.

- Experience in negotiations, influencing others, and managing conflict.

- Experienced facilitation skills; both verbal and written communication.

- Experience in project management lifecycle.

- Experience in project/program management, portfolio management methodologies and tools.

- Experience making good judgements and quick business decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications:  

* Previous Vendor Management experience.

* Previous Solution Delivery Methodology or CMMI experience.

* PMP Certification

Flexible work arrangement requires 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
