Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading an account team that manages our largest block of group customers in order to retain, sell additional products, and provide excellent service. Ensure team meets/exceeds goals and provide training on products, processes, systems, and account management/sales techniques. In addition to leading an account team, this position is responsible for personally managing existing business. Cultivate relationships with accounts, brokers, and sales/account colleagues. Accountable for hiring, talent management, budget, and pay administration. Develop and maintain reports on assessing results against goals and prepare executive presentations. Assist in developing sales goals to expand the business and meet corporate and divisional sales and renewal objectives.

Required Job Qualifications: 
* Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in Ancillary.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$96,400.00 - $144,500.00
