Garantizar las condiciones y requerimientos del servicio de alimentación
del punto asignado, dando cumplimiento a los estándares de calidad y
prestación de servicio:
a) Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos, en cuanto al servicio
de alimentación(Cafeterías, Bar y/o Salón de eventos) del punto asignado
según especificaciones de los comensales.
b) Mantener en adecuadas condiciones la presentación de todos los
productos que se encuentran en proceso de venta en el punto asignado.
c) Cumplir a cabalidad con el estándar, orden y aseo de la línea de servicio
dispuesta por el líder inmediato y vitrinas, buen uso del menaje de cada
punto de venta de la compañía.
d) Realizar el levantamiento de bandejas y menajes de las mesas; proceder
con su correspondiente limpieza y desinfección en el punto establecido.
e) Dar cumplimiento a los planes de acción generados por el líder inmediato
en pro del mejoramiento continuo de los procesos.
f) Realizar y garantizar el inventario del punto asignado.
g) Garantizar que el área donde se encuentre asignado permanezca limpia,
desinfectada y organizada.
h) Cuidar y dar buen uso de las materias primas, equipos y demás
herramientas de trabajo suministradas por la compañía
