Title: Merchandise Planning Intern (COH)
Internship Period: May - August 2025
Primary Purpose
The Merchandise Planning Intern will be part of the team who is responsible for driving product strategies, ensuring product availability at the right time, and optimizing sales and profitability of the SEA DTC and Coach International Asia business.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
Support seasonal line adoption and Go-To-Market

  • Preparation of product materials
  • System set up of product lifecycle
  • System forecast maintenance


Support in-season activities

  • Prepare and distribute Product Knowledge information to Store Teams
  • Maintain out store list
  • Prepare and distribute Ecom newness list
  • Pricing update in system


Assist in reporting and analysis

  • Assist in Available to Sell (ATS) Inventory Calculation
  • Calculate excess inventory
  • Upload excess inventory into portal


Competitor Analysis

  • Assist in marketplace checks on competitors' merchandising initiatives and pricing


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Fast learner, work independently, detail-oriented and well organized
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive results
  • Experience with MS Excel , PowerPoint
  • Tenacity of a Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills


How success will look like in the role...

    • Through internship, demonstrate strong understanding of merch planning process, applying analytical tools to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to both SEA/CI stakeholders
    • Complete tasks and projects on time, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth operations of merch planning end to end cycle
    • Manage multiple priorities efficiently
