We are seeking a seasoned, collaborative, data-driven Media Strategist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Media to execute strategic media campaigns that effectively position our offerings within the market across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in audience insights & optimization analysis, a deep understanding of our brand's core values, and a proven ability to contribute to the team's success through innovative marketing strategies and impactful execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day functions of paid media including briefing, channel management and optimization, project oversight, and critical metrics tracking
- Leverage analytical insights to continually optimize multi-million dollar budgets across media buys to ensure profitable ROI, including identifying insights, optimizing strategies and reporting on KPIs
- Work with external agencies to develop and execute campaigns while meeting business objectives
- Balance use of proven tactics with a thoughtful and organized test and learn approach to new opportunities
- Drive integration of paid media performance, research, and audience insights into campaign development to enhance targeting and personalization
- Develop strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including brand, product teams, social teams, data sciences, and 3P vendors to partner on media strategy and execution
- Create alignment with key internal partners through consistent communication, and act as a media resource for cross-functional teams that will help educate and support company goals and initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive environment, emerging technologies, and shifts in media consumption to inform future media planning ensuring digital campaigns continue to be best-in-class
- Support ad hoc marketing projects from inception to implementation and evaluation, as required
Experience:
- 4+ years of paid media experience in the tech industry, collaborating with large cross-functional teams
- Advanced understanding of platforms inclusive of social, audio, programmatic, DOOH, etc.
- Experience working alongside large product teams including product managers, product designers, and product marketers responsible for creating brand cohesion through the entire user experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with large cross-functional teams
- Consistently leverages data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel media strategy and execute compelling media programs that deliver measurable impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills; shown ability to set priorities, meet challenging deadlines, and work independently
- Inspires creative thinking with a “make it happen” mindset while cultivating strong cross-functional relationships at all levels
- Forward-thinking, analytical and a problem-solver; experience in navigating fast-paced environments

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
