Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Oral health, Pain relief, Respiratory, Gastro-intestinal and Skin health categories. Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end management of development and ongoing delivery of media analysis and tracking reports
  • Monitoring deviation on key metrics from planned KPIs, quality factored into selection of units, rate trend analytics for efficiency check
  • Provide summary and learnings across medium post campaign to be taken into consideration for future planning
  • Reporting & in-flight optimization of performance spends
  • Create an efficacy scorecard to eliminate delivery due to process lapses.
  • Buying analytics and metrics that drive efficiencies as procurement inputs
  • PO-to-invoice tracking with integrated delivery for direct partners
  • Collaborate with the CBIA team on media activity data in order to implement MMM outputs and deliver optimum plans.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, including SEM/SEO, content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer and earned media campaigns, user produced content, relationship marketing, and eCommerce, to drive Media effectiveness initiatives.
  • Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns within data and communicate the story effectively.
  • Connects the dots of all available data to pinpoint the most valuable people to reach through insight development across deterministic and respondent level attributes.
  • Deep understanding of 1st and 2nd party data sources to layer onto GSK CH data strategy in partnership with activation teams
  • Creates audiences and distributes to DSP, Social, Addressable Direct partners and internal HMI buy platforms.
  • Trouble shoot audience connection points and mapping tables
  • To work across teams with CBIA, Digital and Sales team

Minimum Experince required:

  • Minimum Level of Education Required – Bachelors/Masters Degree
  • Area of Specialization – Analytics/Marketing/Media
  • 10+ yrs experience in consulting or marketing analytics
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Disruptive thinking
  • Storytelling with data
  • Have a working knowledge of the programmatic and overall AdTech space and players
  • Desire to learn new things, Drive, Passion, Commitment, Self-motivated
  • Proven experience developing data driven insights
  • Proven success collaborating across multiple teams/discipline
  • R Expertise experience preferred
