Your Assignment
The Wafer Stage Viewer tool is diagnostics software created by ASML to assist various fields and D&E sectors in troubleshooting system issues, analyzing machine data and training new hires. In this internship, you will work closely with your mentor and creator of the Wafer Stage Viewer tool to extend the reticle stage part and introduce improvements. Some of your main tasks will involve:
-
Integrate more functionality in the viewer tool to utilize CAD drawings from NX Teamcenter (improved graphics and tool accuracy);
-
Add the new functionality to improve existing graphics for NXE and EXE reticle stage and handler;
-
Extend the EXE reticle stage and handler tool to the remaining subsystems;
-
Add diagnostics features to the EXE reticle stage and handler;
The above tasks will be split into phases and prioritized in consultation with mentors.
This is a Bachelor apprentice internship for 5 to 6 months, 4-5 days per week (3 days onsite). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible, or at the latest around September.
