Introduction
We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Mechanical Engineering to lead the development and execution of our autonomous robotic manicure machine. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of product development from concept through high volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment solving cross-functional and integration challenges. What You’ll Do
- Define, develop and lead execution of hardware strategy aligned with our company vision and product roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end development of a 5-axis robotic manicure machine and associated accessories
- Great cross-functional partner, ensuring seamless integration of systems and alignment on product goals with development teams and executives
- Drive peak organizational performance through effective feedback, accountability and teamwork
- Lead and mentor a high-performing mechanical engineering team
- Champion the adoption of best practices in mechanical development, documentation, and manufacturing, ensuring the team adheres to industry standards and processes.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture
What you have
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles ideally across robotics, automation or similar
- Demonstrated success leading a collaborative hardware organization in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, prototyping, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical components to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range
$150,000—$180,000 USD
