Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Greensburg, Indiana facility. This internship provides hands-on experience in the CPG and manufacturing industry, offering exposure to engineering analysis, cost reduction strategies, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on company products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Conduct risk assessments and financial analyses to support project decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
  • The ideal candidate will be entering their senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, eager to learn and take on challenges
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost evaluation is a plus.

Hiring Target: $19.00 - $22.75 per hour
