Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Greensburg, Indiana facility. This internship provides hands-on experience in the CPG and manufacturing industry, offering exposure to engineering analysis, cost reduction strategies, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on company products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Conduct risk assessments and financial analyses to support project decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
- The ideal candidate will be entering their senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting.
- A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, eager to learn and take on challenges
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost evaluation is a plus.
