JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company's standards and requirements, in particular company's safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on-the-job training
- Supporting the Power Plant to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failure to maintain high availability
- Provide necessary guidance and advice to maintenance staff or external contractor to execute the maintenance work in a good engineering manner
- Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation
- Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance record for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Check that PPE are provided and subordinates are utilizing it by executing works with all safety precautions
- Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years work experience with equipment related to craft
- Knowledge in craft eg, Pumps, Compressors, HRSG , Valves , Fans and etc
- Experience involvement in technical aspects of Power Plant or Process Plant maintenance
- Good hands-on knowledge in performing Power Plant or Process Plant equipment maintenance
- Experience in the erection, commissioning and initial start-up phases of a modern Power Plant is an advantage
- Knowledge on system including installation, troubleshooting, routine inspection and maintenance
- Knowledge on vibration monitoring and alignment of rotating equipment
- Knowledge on lubrication
- Knowledge in maintaining maintenance record in CMMS
