What you’ll do:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Project Leader, Product Line Taste, you will be responsible for coordinating Product and Manufacturing projects to assure timely execution of our activities delivering a wide range of equipment and automations for the production of ovens and cookers.
In detail, you will:

Lead industrialization of NPI projects, ensuring seamless delivery in time, cost, and quality

Lead process benchmark and cost analysis to propose best practices and less expensive production solutions in area of metal stamping, assembly, bonding, welding, and enameling

Contribute to manufacturing reengineering and vertical integration projects

Be interface and collaborate with factory teams, R&D, Architecture, Quality and Procurement ensuring product excellence

Own and lead PFMEA and DFMAA to ensure quality and efficiency
-
Provide critical support in architecture evaluations to drive choice for technical solutions
-
Organize equipment check-points, ensuring compliance and readiness for production
-
Lead projects review agenda, ensuring entire team is prepared

Supporting Project Engineers in project management and coordination
Who you are:
-
Technical University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
-
Preferred +3 years of experience with household appliances production or design
-
Experience with industrial equipment, knowledge of automatic equipment, and of process control vision systems
-
Experience in project management and collaboration with global teams
-
Fluent in English and Polish is mandatory

Project Management, Six Sigma, P-FMEA certificate is a plus

Where you'll be:
You will be based in our modern factory in Świdnica manufactures various models of free-standing cookers and built-in ovens of such brands as Electrolux, AEG, and Zanussi. We put special emphasis on safety, quality and sustainability. We employ around 850 people, both in operations and factory office.
