By making education more accessible and customized to each individual's needs, we can achieve our mission of accelerating the talent of tomorrow, one student at a time.

About the Role

We’re seeking an MDR (ask us what this stands for if you interview with us!), to serve as the operational engine behind Campus, working directly with strategic leaders to 10x efficiency across the team. You’ll own critical projects, streamline workflows, and implement processes that reduce friction, ensuring our high-impact initiatives come to life. This role combines project management, process optimization, and operational execution to drive measurable results.

You thrive on solving complex problems, collaborating across functions, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Whether supporting a product launch, reducing bottlenecks, or creating tools to enhance productivity, your work will have a direct impact on Campus’ ability to grow and scale effectively.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Optimize workflows and processes to maximize team efficiency and resource utilization.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions.

Implement creative solutions to remove blockers, reduce friction, and enable the team to focus on their core strengths.

Lead operational efforts to drive critical initiatives forward, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.

Communicate effectively, creating clarity and order out of ambiguity to align teams and stakeholders.

Innovate by thinking outside the box, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve operational outcomes.

Own end-to-end project delivery, taking accountability for results, and ensuring a high standard of quality.

We’re excited about you because you are…

Resourceful: You’re a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing priorities.

A collaborator: You build strong relationships across teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented: You meticulously track key metrics, maintain accurate records, and deliver polished results.

Strategic: You think big-picture, aligning operational efforts with organizational goals.

Proactive: You anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and take the initiative to implement improvements.

A critical thinker: You remain composed under pressure and make decisions that balance differing viewpoints.

Intellectually curious: You’re eager to learn new skills, technologies, and approaches to continually enhance your impact.

An effective communicator: Your communication skills help align teams, convey complex concepts, and inspire confidence.

Required:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 4+ years of experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as consulting, operations, or strategy.
    • Consulting experience: Proven track record in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
    • Start-up or fast-paced environment: Experience working in a high-growth start-up or dynamic environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.

What you’ll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($70,000 - $100,000) + equity grant
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
  • Medical Insurance + free Dental and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) match
  • “Take what you need” PTO + several paid holidays
  • In-office lunches for our NY Office (did we mention, we’re dog friendly? 🐶)
  • Flexible working hours & a hybrid work schedule (Mon & Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in-office)
  • Social events - happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, & more
  • Opportunity to make an impact – you’ll be an integral player in bringing our vision to life

Why Work With Us

We’re inspired by the efforts of those seeking to increase completion rates for community college students. We find the CUNY ASAP program and its efforts to address how systemic barriers and unique personal responsibilities may hinder many students completing their degree especially compelling.
