Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MDM Operations Analyst to join our End User Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ensuring the security and compliance of mobile devices within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain MDM policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage MDM solutions for mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and Windows platforms
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement MDM strategies and best practices
- Monitor and optimize MDM infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for mobile devices
- Develop and maintain documentation for MDM configurations, processes, and procedures
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of MDM environments to identify and address potential issues
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on MDM technologies and best practices
- Operate out of IT Service Management ticketing platform (ServiceNOW)
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in managing and supporting MDM solutions
- Expertise in MDM technologies such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and VMware Workspace ONE
- Strong knowledge of mobile device management, endpoint security, and compliance standards
- Experience working with ITSM ticketing platforms (ServiceNOW, Remedy, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, JAMF Certified Technician) are a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Knowledge of cloud services and backend technologies
Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
