Job Description:
The MDM Ops Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing master data across various systems and processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, developing and implementing data management strategies, and supporting business initiatives through effective data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement master data management processes and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify data quality issues and drive improvements.
- Manage data integration and ensure consistency across multiple systems.
- Develop data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
- Provide support and training to users on data management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management or data governance roles.
- Strong understanding of MDM tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
