The role
- Manage Incidents & Change Requests reported in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Provide bug fixing for Incidents within SLA, Control and report on regular base SLA execution
- Designing warehouse data model basing on the business requirements for analytical reports
- Implementing Databricks warehouse ETL scripts (all layers – from data ingestion to gold layer)
- Participating in business requirements collection, constant learning and understanding the data model and behavior of the source systems (ECS, IBA)
- Maintaining existing SQL Server – based data warehouse
- Troubleshooting data ingestion issues (Stream Analytics)
- Database performance optimizations
- Supporting analytics team in SQL query optimization, providing with advice on best way to fulfill the business requirements
- Maintaining Azure Data Explorer database for time-series data
- Creating technical documentation of the warehouse for the end-users
- Creating scripts for data transformation
What you’ll bring
- Strong skills in SQL Server – administration, SQL development, query plan analysis,
- Strong skills in Databricks development and administration
- Significant experience in warehouse design and development
- Good knowledge of Azure services related to data processing: Stream Analytics, Event Hubs, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions
- Knowledge of Azure Data Explorer (ADX) will be a plus
- Fluent spoken and written communication in English
- Experience in working with manufacturing related data
