What You’ll Do

As part of our technology team, you’ll learn to design and build the systems that drive our business. We’ll equip you with technical training, meaningful work, and the guidance needed to grow your leadership and technical skills. Over the course of your career, you’ll be hands-on in developing user-facing features and critical infrastructure, participating in every stage—planning, development, testing, and maintenance. 

Our commitment to building systems in-house offers you unique experiences that will shape your career. These experiences may include:

• Enhancing software logic to efficiently fulfill orders in our distribution centers

• Improving the stability and performance of our website to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Developing new website features that help customers choose the right product for their needs

• Integrating large language models (LLMs) into our systems to elevate the quality of customer service

Cash Compensation

• Base compensation starts at $125,400

• Total cash compensation is generally around $150,000 to $170,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability

• Includes a relocation stipend and signing bonus
