Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
•3–5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
•Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
•Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
•Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,
•Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
•Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
•Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.
•Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
•Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
•Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
•Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.
