Circle Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

MASTER DATA CONSULTANT within Fuel Accounting Europe team
(temporary position for ~ 1,5 years
)

About you:

You are analytical and you like to interact with people from various cultures, inside and outside the organization. You cope well with changes and are always on the lookout for improvement of processes. You are used to a high pace work environment, and you are solution oriented in stressful situations. You are well organized with an eye for details.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Implement and maintain fuel product master data setups in company’s ERP system within European Market

  • Ensure master data quality completeness to meet internal policies with agreed deadlines

  • Key contact for product setup & rebranding in the ERP system

  • Control, investigate, and solve daily errors in company’s interface performance

  • Daily support of users in fuel product master data area, rout causes analysis, drive resolution and escalations to the ERP quality responsible team

  • Work in operational projects, perform process testing, achieve project stated objectives, collaborate with internal and external parties

  • Identify inefficiency and suggest process improvements, standardization, automatization and documentation

  • Facilitate communication between various departments within the organization and external parties

You will work in close collaboration with:

  • Supply & Trading Global Fuel

  • IT & Quality Support Department

  • Risk Management

  • Finance & Control

  • Analytics

Main requirements:

  • Higher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or related field

  • At least 2 years experience with business processes and relations to IT systems, data flow, and IT integration

  • Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs

  • Knowledge of accounting systems and/or knowledge from trading system is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem

  • Fluency in English, both written and oral

  • Advanced skills in Excel and regular MS Office tools

  • Improvement-driven and engaged team player
