Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified region, for the portfolio of a unit, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.
The Senior Director of National Outpatient Services will lead the strategic development and operational execution of outpatient services across NAM. This individual will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth within the outpatient market. The role requires a leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations, a strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the med tech industry to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance patient care and support the company's market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for outpatient services in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Identify market trends, patient needs, and technological advancements to shape service offerings.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of national outpatient services, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving growth through the expansion of outpatient services. Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to align outpatient services strategy with overall business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Adapt service offerings to meet evolving market demands and maintain a competitive edge.

The pay range for this position is $159,200 - $238,800 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual variable target is $128,000.
