We are looking for a detail-oriented MarTech QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our marketing automation and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing marketing technologies, including CRM, campaign management tools, tag management, and data integration between systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for marketing automation platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Validate data flows from different systems, campaign execution, lead scoring, and audience segmentation across different marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Perform data testing to verify data integrations between MarTech platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing validation, pixel/tag validation (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics), and ensure correct tracking of user interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations in marketing workflows.
- Identify and document defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive them to resolution.
- Support performance and load testing for high-traffic marketing campaigns.
- Work with SQL and data validation to verify campaign reporting accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or digital marketing environments.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- Experience with tag management and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting verification.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting validation.
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other compliance requirements related to marketing data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.) is plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ad serving technologies, customer segmentation, and personalization engines.
- Familiarity with any of the marketing platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement, Hubspot, Marketo, Braze, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaigns ).
