The MarTech Manager will oversee and optimize HPO’s marketing technology stack, manage integrations between different platforms, implement new tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively supported by technology, and ultimately driving business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Marketing technologies integration: manage data integrations across key platforms, including tag/pixel setups, digital ad platforms, inbound call systems (Ringba, Regal), CDP platform (Hightouch), CRM systems, email marketing tools (Braze), etc.
- Documenting, monitoring and QA of marketing tools integrations.
- Manage implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.
- Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of marketing tools, technology, strategy development: develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the organization.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on how to effectively use marketing technologies, ensuring that team members are equipped to leverage these tools for maximum impact.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and other departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study
- 6+ years of experience in marketing technology or related roles
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience managing and integrating MarTech platforms and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management platforms, CDPs). Experience leading marketing technology implementations is a strong plus.
- Deep experience using Google Tag Manager and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap etc.)
- Solid understanding of measurement methodologies for online and offline marketing channels including attribution, A/B testing, purchase funnel optimization.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and presentation.
- Data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability in bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
• Health insurance sector experience
• Knowledge of the Alteryx platform
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
