About the Role 

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketplace Media Manager to drive our media buying operations for Fabletics, Yitty and Scrubs on Amazon. This role is crucial in driving performance marketing for our brands across Amazon and other key marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target, Zalando, and emerging platforms). 

 

The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in Amazon Advertising, as well as a deep understanding of media buying and traffic generation across different marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns to maximize sales and brand visibility. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration with teams including Product, Merchandising, Onsite Merchandising, Social Media, and Influencers to build holistic marketing campaigns that meet ambitious business objectives. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Own and execute media buying strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces to drive sales growth and profitability. 

  • Optimize ad spend across multiple channels, leveraging Amazon DSP, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and potentially off-platform traffic sources. 

  • Expand our media distribution strategy by identifying new high-potential marketplaces and traffic-driving opportunities. 

  • Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns in partnership with Product, Merchandising, and Social teams. 

  • Analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, improve ROAS, and maximize efficiency. 

  • Test new media strategies and innovations to stay ahead of marketplace trends and competition. 

  • Build strong partnerships with key advertising platforms and external partners to leverage best practices and first-mover advantages. 

 

What you can bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in media buying, with a very strong focus on Amazon Advertising and marketplace media. 

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets across Amazon and other marketplaces as well as retail media networks. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize performance. 

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, DSP, and off-platform traffic sources. 

  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces beyond Amazon, such as Walmart, Zalando, etc. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning with Product, Merchandising, and Social teams to create impactful campaigns. 

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindsetsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
