JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for owning the marketplace supplier relationships and key strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will drive growth across a range of categories and advocate for ways to enhance the experience of suppliers across the marketplace ecosystem. This role will play a crucial part in supporting and driving the launch of new product features designed to improve category performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketplace strategy

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts across several categories

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic accounts

Collaborate with product and tech teams to identify, prioritize, and support the development of new features that enhance the marketplace experience

Create and implement account and category specific plans to drive growth

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
-
Develop, drive, and execute strategy initiatives within accounts
-
Create strategic presentations and present information to Sr. leadership as well as executive customers.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Strong proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.

Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
The posted range for this position is $97,909-$152,984 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
