The Job
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join the AVEVA EMEA Partner Marketing team for AVEVA's indirect business in EMEA.
The right candidate will have experience managing Business to Business Marketing projects related to Distributors, Value Added Resellers, Original Equipment Manufacturing, Alliances or Technical partners and working closely with sales to align goals.
The EMEA Partner Marketing Specialist will own the execution of demand generation campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our partner ecosystem in EMEA and support the team in executing partner marketing projects.
This is a great role for someone with prior Marketing experience who wants to learn and develop deep expertise in Partner Marketing interacting with cross-functional marketing and sales teams internally and with our entire partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Demand generation: Own the execution of highly tailored demand generation campaigns in direct collaboration with our partners and channel sales team to reach KPIs (account acquisition, marketing contributed pipeline and booking)

Lead management: Work closely with our Channel Lead Management team to ensure a healthy lead management from partners and act as an escalation point whenever needed

Process compliance: Own the procurement & lead passing process of demand gen campaigns

Partner intelligence support: Run bespoke Market Intelligence report for interested partners

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the regional marketing teams to align efforts and optimize outcome (campaign, partner collaboration...) but also with many other marketing teams within AVEVA to socialize the team's work and create allyship internally for our partner business

Own interlocks with AVEVA Digital Marketing team to understand Paid Search performance & surface best practices to our partner community

Events management: Assist in organizing in-person Partner Marketing Clubs events (collaterals, logistics, goodies, presentation...)

Reporting: Own partner QBR Marketing slides and support in shaping up the EMEA Quarterly Marketing Review

Marketing Development Funds (MDF): Support the EMEA Partner Marketing leader in managing the Partner MDF program (adjust, approve and monitor funds claims) to ensure we stay within the budget.

Gradually own a partner scope from end to end: defining the strategy, KPIs, impact to the business (OEM/MSP, Alliance partner)
Essential Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, who can adapt and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
This person is a go-getter with a positive outlook on things and a great data-driven mindset. After the onboarding phase, the Partner Marketing Specialist will have to be accountable and able to lead projects successfully with little instructions, reporting back to the EMEA Partner Marketing leader in a timely manner and have a good grip over the projects (s)he leads.
Easily pivoting Excel tables is a minimum required but a strong analytical background is needed to be successful in this role.
Proficiency in English is a must
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Wrike is a plus.
